sad to have missed your only recent UK appearance, but can’t resist pointing out that when your website says → “October 11, 10 AM, Special UK appearance: London Lit Weekend at King’s Palace” that’s actually the less grand “King’s Place”. I think we have to wait until the Queen dies before we have a King’s Palace again. Anyway…..I’ll buy your book today if they have it here in Manchester (home of…I guess you know them all)
