I remember with laser beam clarity the day I purchased this book, in HC, under the original title. I even had Greil sign it when I saw him at the Albertine a few years back. I am recalling half a life ago, how I got the love and black humor and how I made rock criticism a major chunk of my reading, a habit that continues to this day. Thanks, Greil.
